1. Cancellation by Customer


  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer care at support@vonejewels.in or call us at 90033 55555 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday).

  • Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited through the original mode of payment or via cheque (only in cases where the original card is no longer in use).

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed, as they are specifically crafted for you.



2. Cancellation After Shipment


  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. However, you may refuse delivery, and once the product is returned to our facility, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

  • If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable or incorrect address), shipping charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.



3. Cancellation by V One Jewels


V One Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:


  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Pricing or product information error due to technical or typographical issues.

  • Payment not received or payment issues flagged by our fraud prevention system.

  • Orders placed from restricted locations or with incomplete/invalid details.


If your order is cancelled by us, we will notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Refund Timeline


  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank. V One Jewels is not liable for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

  • All cancellations must be made via a written request (email) or through our customer care number.

  • V One Jewels reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
