Shipping Policy
At V One Jewels, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you safely, securely, and on time. Our shipping processes are designed to provide maximum convenience and transparency for our customers.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on all orders within India.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. For custom-made or back-ordered items, delivery may take an additional 30 working days, depending on the product.
- Packaging: All products are packed in tamper-proof and secure packaging. Every item is placed inside a premium V One Jewels box and includes relevant certificates (e.g., BIS Hallmarking, diamond certificates).
- Insurance: All shipments within India are fully insured until delivery.
- Recipient Verification: The delivery will only be handed over to the recipient specified at the time of order, upon verification of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License).
- Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Any charges for re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Non-Acceptance of Damaged Packages: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and immediately notify our customer care.
2. International Shipping Turnaround Time (TAT):
For international shipments, our standard processing and delivery timeline is as follows:
Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Shipping Time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process
Total Estimated TAT: 9–17 business days from the date of order placement
We partner with reliable international courier services to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking details once the order is dispatched. Delays due to customs or local regulations are beyond our control but are generally minimal.
3. Change of Shipping Address
- You may request a change of shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting our support team at support@vonejewels.in.
- If the order has already been dispatched, address changes are not permitted. Any re-routing charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Gift Packaging & Messages
- Complimentary gift packaging is available for all orders.
- You may also include a personalized gift message, which will be printed on a premium card and sent along with the product.
- To include a gift message, email us at support@vonejewels.in with your order ID and message content.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website.
6. Delivery Delays
- While we strive for timely deliveries, certain unforeseen events (weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions) may cause delays. V One Jewels is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or natural causes beyond our control.
