Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in INR, USD, GBP, and EUR for reference. Payments are accepted only in INR.
• Prices for Indian orders include VAT, shipping, and payment gateway charges.
• For international cards, conversion to INR and additional charges may apply.
• Government-issued ID proof may be requested for international card payments.
• In case of pricing errors or typographical issues, customers will be informed and may choose to proceed or cancel the order.
• If product weight is less than billed weight, a refund of the difference will be processed via the same payment mode.

Order Cancellation

By V One Jewels:

Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Pricing errors
• Fraud detection
• Incomplete or invalid information

Customers will be notified of cancellation or if additional information is needed.

By Customer:

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or by cheque (if the original card is inactive).

Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information at registration and during order placement.
• Maintain current information and promptly update any changes.
• Bear additional delivery costs if errors are due to customer input.
• Ensure delivery address and recipient details are correct.
• Carefully review product descriptions before placing orders

Purchase Restrictions

• V One Jewels may limit the quantity or value of purchases per customer/account/address.
• These restrictions, if applicable, will be communicated via email.
• V One Jewels reserves the right to deny service at its discretion.

Shipping Policy

Within India:

• Fully insured, tamper-proof packaging.
• Requires government-approved ID for delivery (PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
• Inspect packaging before accepting delivery.
• If unavailable, delivery will be attempted 3 times. After that, it will be returned, and re-shipping costs will apply.

International Orders:

• Customers are responsible for international shipping, customs, and clearance charges.

Delivery Timeline:

• 7–15 working days for domestic orders.
• Custom orders may take up to 30 additional days.
• Customers will be notified after order placement.

Copyright & Trademark

• All content and software are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Force Majeure
